New Movement Solutions Personal Training Shrewsbury

There is a lot of advice out there on training, nutrition, and lifestyle. Much of it is expensive advice to buy, much of it is also dated, or doesn’t actually work, is “bro” science, and in some cases down right dangerous!
So…..what I want to try to do in this group is create a place where you can ask questions, post fitness and nutrition articles and together see if we can get out there some good free information on getting lean, moving better and staying fitter and healthier.

So please join the group, invite your friends to join it, post on the wall, ask questions, give answers! If we get questions we don’t know the answer to well ask someone who will!
