Personal Training

How does it work? Not everybody wants to go to the gym. Sometimes you’re short on time or just motivation to get there. I will come to you, so you have no travel time to worry about and I’ll provide plenty of motivation!! You can train from once a week, to 5 times a week (for the really dedicated!) depending on your goals, and budget. Obviously the more you train the quicker you will see and feel results. Most people want to use a Personal Trainer once or twice a week. However with NMS along with the one to one training I also provide advice and support throughout the week so that you will be motivated to do that little bit extra. Even on one session per week with me you will see improvements to your fitness. Everybody has busy and demanding lives today so I believe in scheduling around your life. Appointments can be booked from 6.30am to 7.30pm most days of the week. What do you get ? Your training plan and one to one sessions specifically designed for you. We will sit down together and establish your fitness goals and your training preferences and build a programme to give you optimal results from every session.   Your plan will be regularly evaluated and adjusted according to your improving level of fitness and so limit plateaus in your fitness development.   Clear instruction and guidance on the use of training equipment (such as gym balls, medicine balls, weights, TRX, Kettlebells and heart rate monitors).

A First Aid qualified practitioner.

Nutrition and dietary advice, to help you to a lean body mass, increased energy levels and improved sporting performance.   Extra support and advice throughout the week via text and/or email, as required.
